When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped on the day we receive your payment, on condition that the ordered product is in stock and the address you entered is correct. If the product is not in stock you will receive a notification via email. Your order number can be used to request the status of your order at any time.

I haven't received my order yet, now what?

Should you not have received your expected order within the estimated delivery period that is mentioned on the website, don't panic! Please be patient and wait a few more days, as mail carriers in some countries do not always stick to their promises. Also keep in mind that (public) holidays can cause delay. Of course you can also visit your local post office and inform if your package has been delivered at your neighbours house.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by sending us an email. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it to us and will be refunded. Please note that in this case, shipping costs for the return shipment are non-refundable.

What payment options are available?

We offer several payment options. We accept wire transfers to one of our bank accounts, payment by credit card, money orders and checks. For our Dutch, Belgian and Spanish customers it is possible to order Cash on Delivery, and pay to the postman. For more information see the more detailed Payment options.

What if I'm dissatisfied with my purchase?

Please always verify that the product you received from us is undamaged before using it. Should you encounter any defects, then please contact us immediately. In that case it can be returned free of charge.
If you put the product into use and there appears to be a defect, or should you be dissatisfied for any other reason, then please contact our customer service. We will always try our utmost to solve the problem. Please do NOT return used products without first contacting our customer service!
Please note that purchases can only be reimbursed within 30 days after you received your order.

Do you have a physical store in Amsterdam?

No, we only sell vaporizers through our website. This way we can reduce costs and maintain low prices.

Why haven't I received an answer to my phone call/email yet?

VapoShop strives to provide the best customer service possible. All questions per email will be answered within 24 hours on business days. We can also be reached by telephone. See our contact page for our availability.
