Warranty and Return Policy
All Vaposhop policies shall be pursuant to applicable laws. Vaposhop reserves the right to amend this policy at any time by posting the amended terms or conditions on this page. We encourage you to review this policy in its entirety and contact us with any questions.
No questions asked! If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered for any reason whatsoever, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days after you receive the product. This applies to the exchange of products. We ask that the product be in unusedcondition (clean, no user damage, misuse or abuse) and unopened, in the product’s original packaging. We will not refund postage costs or insurance costsfor returned items unless the returned item is within the applicable manufacturer’s warranty policy and is due to a valid warranty claim. We highly recommend that you, at a minimum, request tracking information and proof of shipping for the product which you return to us. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay to any products returned to us.
If you have received a damaged, incorrect (only unopened) or faulty product please email our customer service team as soon as possible, no later than 72 hours after your receipt of the product. Please mention your order number and we will email you a form with the return instructions. Returned items will only be processed when accompanied by a return form.

What Is Covered By The Standard Manufacturer's Warranty?
The standard manufacturer’s warranty periodfor vaporizers is 2 years. If you have such a warranty and it has been under two years, we would be more than happy to help. After the initial two years, you should go to the website of the manufacturer and check out the warranty policy there.
Damaged, Defective or Obsolete Products
In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged, please email our customer service team no later than 72 hours after your receipt of the product. If the product becomes defective during the manufacturer’s warranty period, please email our customer service team immediately. If a product is defective during the standard 2-year warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund you.
If a product is within the warranty period but is not in stock, obsolete or no longer produced by the manufacturer, we will replace the device with a comparable unit within the same price and quality range. In this instance, the warranty period does not reset so the original date when you initially purchased the obsolete product remains. If you choose a more expensive product then you must pay for the higher cost difference.
We will request your order number and we may request that you provide photos or video recordings which clearly show the damaged or defective product. We will email you a form with the return instructions. Returned items will only be processed when accompanied by a return form.
What Is Not Covered By The Manufacturer's Warranty? What does “Limited Warranty” Mean?
A limited warranty means that the manufacturer does not provide warranty coverage on all component parts which may be included with a product upon purchase. For example, the following component partsare not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless they were damaged or defective before or upon your receipt of the product because the component parts were designed to be used and replaced after a certain period of time depending upon the amount and degree of usage by the consumer. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and may be updated by Vaposhop from time to time.
- Normal performance degradation of batteries
- Mouth pieces,
- Concentrate inserts or capsules,
- Glass parts,
- Accessories, and
- Torch lighters (limited)
What Is An “Extended Warranty” and What Products Does It Apply To?
Extended warranty means that in addition to the standard 2-year warranty provided by a product manufacturer, you have the option of extending the warranty period of your productdepending upon whether or not the manufacturer of the product you purchased offers it. For example, PAX and Davincimay offer a 5to10year warranty period for certain products while other manufacturer’s may offer a lifetime limited warranty for certain products.Please refer to the manufacturers website for specific product information.
How Do I submit A Warranty Claim?
Contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Warranty claims will only apply to products that have been used and regularly cleaned according to the manufacturer’s specifications. You may receive a copy of the manufacturer’s specifications through the product manual included in the original packaging, on the manufacturer’s website or by contacting the manufacturer directly. Please feel free to contact our customer service team at any time for assistance.
What Happens After I Return My Product To Vaposhop?
After we receive your claim and proof of purchase to return a product, we will review your request. At our discretion, we may assist you with resolving any issue you may be having with the product such as by sharing some tips and tricks on how to use the productor troubleshoot the issue you may be having with the product. At our discretion, we may request that you return the product to usso that we may physically inspect and test the product.You do not need to return the accessories which came in the product’s packaging. We may repair or replace it (in which case, you will be responsible for shipping costs and all other related costs). We recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product. If the warranty claim is valid and is not through your misuse or abuse of the product outside the manufacturer’s specifications, we will fully refund to you the shipping costs for standard methods of ground shipment. (however, any refund of the insurance costs shall be at our discretion).
Once we receive your product, we will confirm receipt of the package, review the claim and we may test the product. If the product is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period:
- We may repair it if it is repairable, test it and send it back to you.
- If we cannot repair it, we will send you an identical new product or a comparable product, at our discretion.
You will be contacted by our customer support team to let you know whether we have replaced or repaired a product or any other options you may have to resolve the claim.
What Happens If I Accidentally Or Incorrectly Return A Product To You?
We are not responsible for items that are accidentally or incorrectly returned to us rather than directly to the product manufacturer, or products that are accidentally or incorrectly returned to us which are not covered under the product manufacturer’s warranty period or products that are accidentally or incorrectly returned to us for any other reason such as where you failed to cancel the shipment in time. If you want the product returned to you, you are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the product to you.
