Na een tijdje zul je merken dat ze erg vies worden en dat het katoen verzadigd is; dan is het tijd om de capsule te vervangen. Je kunt inderdaad ook het katoen los vervangen. Zorg dan dat je hiervoor altijd ongebleekt en biologisch katoen gebruikt.
