We want our customers to be more than satisfied with our products and service. If, despite our best efforts, you've purchased something you are not happy with, we will accept your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. No matter the reason.
Although we prefer to receive our products back in original packaging, mint condition and cleaned, we understand this isn't always realistically possible. We'll gladly accept your return either way.
VapoShop does not charge fees for 'restocking' or 'administrative processing'. We only ask that you pay for the return shipment and we'll handle the rest as quickly as we can, whether you want a replacement, new product or a refund of the full purchase price.
